Dabke 101 – Learn How To Dance Dabke #InternationalDanceDay

Samir-BW-Dabke“To all people who want to learn Dabke, Have you ever wondered what may be holding you back from learning and being great at Dabke?  From being confident and joining in the fun at weddings and parties?  Are you ready to let loose and really enjoy yourself? Are you ready to learn Dabke that connects you with your culture, your friends and your family?  Are you ready to learn Dabke that will get you attention from a potential husband or wife? Maybe the attention of a group of guys or girls? If so, then you have come to the right place… My name is Samir Hasan, and with the help of my student Youssef,  I am here to help you!  Here is the thing…Training dozens of people to do Dabke and personally performing in hundreds of shows has given me a rare insight into how to perform and teach Dabke moves from many countries including Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan and the Gulf.  I’m about to share with you some common errors along with my collection of Dabke moves I’ve called “Dabke101″ which I think are necessary for people to know if you are attending any Arab Wedding or Party.  LET ME TEACH YOU HOW TO DABKE!  On this very page you are reading at this very moment, I’m going to reveal to you the most efficient teaching methods for quickly learning Dabke while training in your own home at your own pace! WARNING: There are no pills or potions and this will take some hard work, so if you’re looking for a magic-fix then you’ve landed on the wrong site.  But if you are looking to have great fun, learn all sorts of Dabke steps, moves and routines from someone who has spent 15+ years in the industry then you’ve come to the right place.

The Problem: Limited Time + Lack of Teachers

Let’s face it, like most other people you’ve looked around on the Internet, you’ve looked for clubs to join, you’ve looked for books and you might have even tried to YouTube it…There is nothing worth while out there.  If you’re lucky enough to find a teacher you have to make time to travel to their studio or pay lots of money for each session.  If you tried to form a group you deal with people not taking it seriously and missing classes.  If you’re really lucky and you find a group, they’re usually too advanced and you stand there with a puzzled look on your face trying to keep up!  Waste of time and STRESS! Let me ask you this… If you did find some videos on the Internet, who would you rather learn from?  An average guy who knows a few moves or a teacher who has done Dabke in front of International leaders and has taught countless numbers of people?! If you said “the teacher”, you’ve nailed it! Let’s say you got really lucky and you found a skilled Dabke dancer by chance.  If they don’t know how to teach you properly then you’ll both just waste your own time.  They also wont have any type of planned step by step structure that slowly teaches you and improves your Dabke skills even if you’ve never danced Dabke before…ever!

The Truth: There is Nowhere to Learn Dabke

The truth is that most of the great routines you find online and see at weddings take time and are taught personally from one person to another.  People don’t have tie time to learn or even teach these days especially if you’ve got a job, school or family to manage like the rest of us. Reality is your only chance to learn Dabke is a few hours every once in a while when you go to a wedding.  Here is what normally happens at weddings:  You get intimidated and go to the end of the line where people are doing the same old two step move.  You stay there and watch in awe as the guys at the front of the line jump around in laughter and fun.  You wish you were able to join in.  You should be at the front of the line! Imagine how proud your family and friends would be of you!  Imagine all the attention you will get from your friends and even the opposite sex!  Imagine the confidence! Imagine the fun…imagine!  Join me and turn your dream, your imagination into reality.

The Solution: Learning Directly From a Teacher on Your Own Time

Let me ask you another couple of questions…

  • Are you the go-to coach for Dabke in your City?
  • Have you trained dozens of dancers for shows all the way to dancing for the President of France?
  • Have you spent all of your spare time over the last 10+ years researching, attending workshops, dancing in shows and teaching people Dabke?

I have

And when you put that kind of dedication – that kind of passion – into developing and testing your moves, routines and teaching methods, you truly gain an incredible understanding of what is needed for people to learn Dabke and maybe more importantly, what must be left out, saving your time, energy and money.”

What was the last thing you bought?

What was the last thing you bought?

floss.jpg

I’m the lamest. Floss. I bought dental floss. Seriously, flossing my teeth is my favorite thing to do ever. I don’t know how people don’t do it. I’m actually stunned when people tell me they don’t floss their teeth. Even more stunned when people say they don’t floss their teeth because they think food doesn’t get between their teeth. Didn’t anyone pay attention in school hygiene classes or when their dentist talks to them? All the plaque and germ buildup is so nasty. Floss your teeth people!

If you don’t floss your teeth, I’m judging you.

Kids Healthy Diet Tips No. 1

As a mother of 5 I found the hardest thing when introducing a change to your child’s diet was their resistance. It seems kids may have the monopoly on the passive resistance technique to get their own way! Unfortunately their “own way” involves the eating of junk food such as chips, soft drinks, burgers, cakes, lollies. All the foods you know are bad for them but they seem to love. This is the first Kids Healthy Diet tip

So, how to break down this resistance? Start slowly so they are not aware of your strategy. Introduce healthy foods gradually. There are certain ways to do this effectively and achieve yourkids healthy diet.

Help For a Kids Healthy Diet

Expecting your child to come home on day one of your new plan and happily snack on carrot sticks is never going to happen! However if they arrive home and are presented with Choc Coated Banana Bites you are on a winner. Even more so when your child can dunk them themselves and watch the runny chocolate set hard. We all know bananas are good for growing bodies (and adults too!) but my chocolate recipe is an amazing health food in its own right.

Here is the recipe for the Banana Bites. They are amazing for your kids healthy diet You may have to fight the kids off so you can try one too!

Choc Coated Banana Bites

Recipe From: http://46503dss9s9obwby3ckfr64r87.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=ASHANNA

Kids Healthy Diet - Choc Coated Banana BitesMakes 6 bites

  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • toothpicks

Method

  • Cut bananas into bite sized pieces
  • Insert a toothpick into each piece and place in freezer overnight
  • Combine cacao powder, coconut oil and agave and mix well together to make your runny chocolate. You may want to add more agave if you like a sweeter chocolate.
  • Coat frozen banana pieces in melted chocolate. The frozen banana will set the chocolate almost immediately
  • Eat straight away or store in an airtight container in the freezer

Note:

This chocolate will set below 23ºC so if you want it runny don’t store in the fridge. It is very stable and keeps well just in the cupboard. If your chocolate sets before the kids get home from school just place the container in a basin of hot water and it will melt again. Be very careful to not get water in your mixture or you will ruin the texture.

Any chocolate left over can be set and eaten as chocolate or add some raw nuts and/or dried fruit for a snack for later (or for you!)

Our FREE 5-day Comprehensive Tutorial WILL make you a confident purchaser at any auto auction.

http://3c280buri-ft1l9mnhl9qh1k13.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=CARS

This is a summary of what we will teach you:

Day 1 (see below) – Full introduction! Your Tutorial starts with an overview of what’s involved with actually locating reputable auto auctions. We will cover the whole process, from registration all the way through to driving out from the auction house with the car of your choice having paid far less than known market value.

Day 2 – All the important stuff! Now we start looking at each individual step involved in making a successful purchase. We will explain the importance of being well prepared for bidding on the vehicles you are interested in. How do you secure the true history of the vehicle? What about the title, is it really clean? These and many related “must-know-answer-to” questions will be thoroughly addressed on Day 2 including how to carefully inspect an auction vehicle. Don’t miss school this day folks!

Day 3 – “Secure best deal day”.  You will learn how and where to find out the true market value of the car you are interested in. We will give you hands on winning bidding strategies, which are proven to save you many dollars when bidding.

Day 4 – Special coverage of ON-line Car auctions. The advantages of government online auctions are numerous. Not only do they give you a much wider “catchment area” but most online auctions also offer you online searchability of available vehicles. We will give you the necessary information, such as logistical considerations for purchasing interstate vehicles.

Day 5 – Final day! We will summarize the main lessons learnt, but most importantly we will also look at answering relevant questions, such as how you can obtain an extended warranty. We will also address favourable financing and insurance at lowest possible rates. And, finally, you will learn how to avoid the worst mistakes you can make as a car auction buyer.

If you could have any job, what would you want to do/be?

funny-job-gif-6

If I could be or do anything- the shallow part of me wants to be paid for doing nothing. Like reality TV-esque.  But I don’t think the intellectual part of my brain would ever forgive myself.

I love writing: fiction, nonfiction and academic. I’d love to be able to make a living off of writing. I also love fashion and could see myself being happy styling pretty outfits. I’m passionate about human rights and humanitarian issues, so working in nonprofit would be amazing as well. I’ve given great thought to working or opening up a orphanage. I’ve also thought a great deal about opening up my own school. I’d love to be a full-time researcher. Or maybe a TV comedy writer! I’m constantly thinking of ways to merge together my interests. That’d be the dream.

Off topic slightly, I wonder if I could become a professional TV or movie extra. That could be fun. You know what else would be fun, working with animals. I love animals. Had I been good at math and science, I could see myself as a marine biologist or veterinarian.

Truth is, I want to do it all. I’m inspired by the world around me and want to experience it all.
