#LoveMe Challenge: Day 8

Day 8

Share a scar:

IMG_5283 I’ve got plenty of little scars here and there. Most I don’t even remember how I got them. But this one I remember. I was six-years-old and had just gotten out of the dentist office. For being a good patient, my mama decided to reward me with a chipwich, but I had to finish it before we got into the car. So happy, little, excited me scarfed down chipwich without dropping a drop of ice cream on my white dress. Before I got into the car though, I ran to the orange street garbage can to throw out the wrapper. As I was running, about two feet from my target, my dyspraxia hit me hard, I tripped over my own feet and fell, scraped the back of my hand and some of my fingers. My hand still have a very light scar, but the strongest one has to be this one on my finger.

Those chipwich wrappers will get ya if you’re not careful. Lesson learned, don’t eat ice cream and run.
